Wednesday, November 26th
Among the classes at Grillmasters Garden, 345 S. Main St., in Zionsville is the annual Thanksgiving Preparation class at 1 p.m. where you do a full meal prep for 8 that you take home and just put on the grill and serve on the holiday the 27th.

Preparing Turkey and the Trimmings
For those who need a refresher course or some first-time advice in preparing turkey and the trimmings you may want to check out the calendar of events at Williams-Sonoma at Keystone at the Crossing….each Sunday and Monday in November there are registration- required technique classes offered at the stores and 11 a.m. demos you can drop by to see other days of the week.

Wednesday, December 17th
Hyatt’s Christmas in the Kitchen, an event to benefit the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund, will be in the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis’ main kitchen beginning at 6:30 p.m. Food is prepared by the chefs while the guests watch and enjoy a wide assortment of food and drink. The evening includes live entertainment and a silent auction.
